Responding to Cyber Threats in the Financial Services Industry:
The U.S. sustained cyber attacks of unprecedented scale and speed on its largest financial services institutions exposing the vulnerability of some of the country’s most advanced computer defenses. This first conference in a three-part series on enterprise risk will focus on how the financial industry can most adequately respond to cyber threats.
We’ll examine how financial companies are dealing with the tension between securing data versus liberating it for commercial use. This half-day conference will focus on how new technologies and policies can improve both security and privacy, detect and respond to cyber threats more quickly, assure customers their data is adequately protected and explore the best ways to utilize intelligence-driven security.
