Greg Lowe is Aon’s Senior Manager of Sustainability and has been with Aon for over 3 years. Greg is Aon’s knowledge leader on sustainability issues and is responsible for innovation and operational sustainability at Aon Risk Solutions, Aon Benfield, and Aon Hewitt. Working closely with the business to identify new opportunities that meet the needs of clients, he has focused on ensuring that Aon’s innovation in green products is matched by its responsibility in minimising its environmental impacts. Greg led Aon’s efforts to secure the first insurance industry ISO 14604 CEMARS certification for good carbon management. As climate change remains an important topic in the insurance industry, Greg continues to work across Aon’s business units and with industry stakeholders to better understand how this risk management challenge can addressed with industry knowledge. He has over 5 years experience in the financial services industry, having spoken at international conferences and events in addition to experience working with policymakers in both the UK and US. Greg previously worked at UBS Investment Bank. He holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland.
