Paul has led the Asia Pacific Supply Organisation since 2009. He was formerly Senior Vice President North America Supply and Customer Services. Paul is based in Singapore and is a member of Asia Pacific Executive Team.
He joined Guinness in 1993 as Production Manager in subsequent team years he held a number of line and functional positions. In 2004 he was posted to Jamaica as Supply Director Red Stripe before moving to North America.
In his current role, Paul is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain management and procurement in Asia Pacific. One of the key priorities is to support a faster innovation agenda targeted at the super deluxe and gift opportunity in the region. Customer collaboration is another key focus for the region to continue to move us toward a customer centric organisation.
